Fulfillment Policy

Here at Little Angel Sleep Consulting (the “Company”) we offer customized sleep two or three-week consultation packages. We do not offer one-off sleep support calls.

Prior to embarking on a sleep journey together, we always carry out a preliminary screening of the child’s sleep situation. This can happen by filling out our Booking Form (to work in English or in Italian with Eliana Beeson, Founder and Owner of the Company) or through a 15-minute Discovery Call (to work in Italian only with one of the other Company sleep coaches). The preliminary screening is aimed at gaining an initial understanding of the child’s sleep situation and making sure that we can actually work well on his/her sleep situation. It’s also aimed to ensuring that we (the Company) and the Client are a good fit to work together.
Once the preliminary screening has been carried out, the Client will receive a link to book a 60-minute sleep consultation, which is part of our sleep consultation packages. The 60-minute consultation is not, therefore, a discovery or an informative call, but it is the proper first step of the sleep journey and part of your package. The preparation of the personalized sleep plan and the follow-up support phase will then be the next steps.

We require the payment of a £40/€50/$50 deposit to book the consultation as a commitment gesture towards the sleep journey you chose to embark on. The deposit can be paid through the consultation booking link and will be deducted from the total amount shown in the final invoice.

If the consultation is cancelled by the Client with less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded. If the consultation needs to be re-scheduled by the customer with less than 7 days’ notice, it will be at the Company’s total discretion to assess whether to retain the deposit or not. The customer will be notified once Little Angel Sleep Consulting have made a decision with regards to that.
The Client will be asked to complete three prelimary steps before the consultation:
1. Fill out a preliminary questionnaire;
2. Sign the company’s agreement;
3. Settle the remainder of the sleep consultation package value by 3 days before the consultation date. For the final payment an invoice will be issued.
Should the Client not complete the 3 above-mentioned preliminary steps, the Company may cancel the consultation and rechedule it to a a future date, only once the 3 preliminary steps have been completed.
Refund Policy
Client’s cancellation of a consultation appointment with more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation appointment will result in a 75% refund of payment. Cancellation of a consultation less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund of payment.
Refunds will not be provided after the consultation with has taken place. Once the 2 or 3 weeks of support is complete, no refund will be given.
